Is she stunning or what?
Xina is safely arrived in her foster home in 29553 Bienenbüttel and is still looking for her forever home.
Our girl is nothing for people which are only like to lay down on the sofa. She loves to explore her new world and to play and rump with other dogs. We guess that when she will be fully grown she will be a bigger active girl, who wants to go on long walks, to run next to the bike and things like that.
Currently she is a lively and friendly puppy girl who likes to be close to their people too.

Tomorrow on Sunday 23th April 2017 Meilo is allowed to leave the island and to fly off to his foster home in Germany.

Our girl has safely arrived in her forever home and she is doing fantastic!
Initially she was very shy but gained confidence more and more. She loves to run fast and to eat a lot. She also loves to meet other dogs and when she is allowed to play with them.
She is still shy with children, but hopefully one day she will overcome her fears.

Tonka, Jacky and Peggy have become angels
Sad news today. Yesterday, our good mommy Tonka has passed away. We don´t know why. She was laying in her basket in her kennel and looked like she would sleep. But she didn´t sleep. Her body was still there, but her soul was already in heaven.
Jacky and Peggy were sponsored dog and passed away a while ago. Now all three are together and can have a party in heaven together with all their dog friends.
Rest in peace beautiful babies !
Roxy is still looking her forever home
Our girl Roxy is safely arrived in her foster home in 25436 Uetersen / Germany, but needs still her forever home.
Roxy is a friendly and playful little girl, who loves her walks and to explore her new world. He is good with other dogs and children. Roxy is already good on the leash and house-trained.

Amigo is still looking for his forever home
We received the first pictures of our stunning boy Amigo from his foster home in 21436 Marschacht.
He is such a charming boy. Inside the house he is a bit unsure with everything and with all these new noises, but we are sure he is clever enough to realize soon that it everything is ok. He is very cuddly and love to be close with his humans.
Outside he is a lively boy who loves to explore the new world and o sniffle a lot and to walk long ways.

Daniela´s family is very in love with her. They describe her as a very lovely dog. She is also friendly, lively and playful. She loves her walks and to play with other dogs.

Boyd is still looking for his home
Our little boy Boyd is safely arrived in his foster home in 22746 Norderstedt and has settled in already nicely.
He is just a little stunning boy, very cute and friendly. He is a bit shy in the first contact, but it is only a matter of time when he will realize everything is good now.
Boyd got already his first little hair cut, his fluffy fur in his face was a bit too much 
. He was a very brave boy.

Tomorrow on Thursday 13th April 2017 is another flight day.
Some of our dogs are allowed to leave the shelter and to move to a lovely warm (forever and foster) homes with soft baskets.

Carlos is still looking for a home
Little Carlos has changed his foster home in Germany and can now be visited in 27404 Zeven.
Would be lovely when he could find his forever home soon. He is a small-sized boy with a friendly character. He is still a bit shy and needs one or more other dogs around him to feel comfortable, so it would be great when he could find a home with another dogs.

Arrival on Monday 27th March 2017
Last Monday was a big day for some of our babies. 7 dogs were allowed to leave the shelter and to start their journey to a better life.
At 6.00 pm german time landed the plane with our precious treasures in Hamburg. Some dogs are more frightened than others whats happened to them, but we are sure all doggies will recognize very quickly, that from that point life will be more fantastic than ever before in their lives.

Liz, Ina and Paulo have their tickets to freedom and can start a new life in Germany.

Today on 29th March 2017 we have to flights with 4 dogs aboard to Germany.
∆ The first plane with Loukas & Lumi aboard lands at 1.30 pm in Nuremberg.
∆ The second plane with Raika & Alice aboard lands at 2.25 pm in Hamburg.

The siblings Stine, Ricky and Romeo are allowed to leave the shelter together and to fly off to their new forever homes!

Please neuter your dogs
Every day we received requests and help calls from tourists, residents, volunteers … for help with dogs, for support, for taking dogs etc. At the moment we can only say, sorry, but all partner shelters are full, more full, fullest. All shelters are overcrowded and no, they can not take any dogs. Not 3, not 2 and even not only one.
You have to imagine what it means that all kennels are full. Many dogs with different characters on a small area in the kennel. You can not put always more and more dogs in, or you want, that the dogs will go in fights with each other. We don´t want to stress the dogs more that they already are, because no shelter should be the right place for a dog!
We only can appeal to all people who have dogs in Cyprus: please neuter your dogs. You all can change the dog welfare situation in future, when you neuter your dog and no unwanted puppies were procreated!
It is NO solution to let their dogs procreate more and more puppies, because you don´t care and then escape your responsibility and thrown the puppies out of the streets or in front of vet practices or in garden of volunteers. They all have no space! No money! No time! only because YOU are not willing to neuter your dog.
Departure of Robina on 11th March 2017 to Frankfurt
We don´t want to forget our little Brownie Robina, who flew off to her new home on 11th March 2017!
We got a picture before departure. The new world was a bit overwhelmed for her, but she will enjoy her new life in Germany, for sure.

Arrival impressions 8th March 2017 from Hamburg
On Wednesday 8th March 2017 flew off 6 of our babies to a new life to Hamburg/Germany.
All babies are safely arrived and have settled in nicely in their forever and foster homes.

Pasha is still looking for his home
Our black Beauty Pasha is safely arrived in his foster home in 63639 Flörsbachtal near Frankfurt am Main and has settled in very nicely. He is there since the beginning of February and no one can understand that he is not simply snapped away!?
Pasha seems to be a Greyhound cross. He has the most shiny fur and long legs like a model. His foster home describes Pasha just like a dream dog! He is nice, brave, friendly, lovely, playful, sporty, good in the house, good outside.

First plane lands in the morning at 10.10 am with 5 puppies aboard.
The second plane with Siggi aboard lands at 9.20 pm in the evening.

Arrival Sunday 12th February 2017 in Hamburg
For 7 of our babies began a new life at Sunday 12th February 2017.
Something was different than the weeks and month before. Prepared from the vet began the journey with the bording in the plane. After a long sleep and a few steps downstairs the air was different, bit colder and fresh…
Enna, Monty, Marshall and Choco were long awaited and very welcomed from their new families.
Vicky, Jessy and Emily got their flight tickets, because lovely foster homes in Germany give our babies the chances for rehoming they deserve so much. Unwanted in Cyprus, wanted in Germany.
We wish our doggies the best new start they could get. Have a loving new life!
Where are the humans for Yianna?
Our beautiful shepherd/husky cross girl is safely arrived in her foster home in 14163 Berlin some weeks ago and is urgently looking for her forever home.
Yianna is very people-orientated and loves women more than everything else. She don´t care about men, sorry guy´s 
It is time for her to leave her foster home, so that the bond doesn´t become too strong.
Yianna loves long walks and to explore new things, so she would like to move to an active family.

Hilla is still looking for her home
Our little baby Hilla is safely arrived in her foster home in 36124 Rosdorf near Fulda and is still waiting for her forever home.
Hilla is a very friendly and happy little girl. She loves cuddles and to be together with humans. She loves also long walks and to play with other dogs. With cats she is ok after a little time to get to know.

Bert is still looking for his forever home
After 8 long years in a shelter, Bert is safely arrived in his foster home in 22885 Barsbüttel near Hamburg and he surpasses all expectations.
Bert came to the shelter as a puppy and was a long long time one of our special dogs, because through the lack of human contact and experiences he was a very shy and fearful boy.
After years with training, contact and love through the volunteers, helpers and trainers he became more and more a “normal” dog, still a bit shy and cautious, but more normal than his siblings.
In his foster home now he is doing amazing. He is just a wonderful boy und no one could see than he was once a special boy.

Paula, Buster and Peggy say a big thank you to their foster daddy, who take all three because they are old/ill and would not survive in the shelter. They are allowed to live their rest of life in a loved environment in good care.

Our beautiful black girl Jolina is safely arrived in her foster home in 25421 Pinneberg and is still looking for her forever home.
Her foster family describes her as a wonderful girl. She is friendly to everyone, house-trained, good on the leash, good with other dogs and she loves to be cuddled and the attention of people.

Oscar is reunited with Petra
After years in the shelter Oscar got his chance to leave the shelter. Finally! It could not get much better. He landed in Hamburg and was allowed to move to his foster home. His foster home is the family of our girl Petra, his formerly best friend in the shelter. They were together in one kennel.
We are very happy for our boy for now. But in future he needs his own forever home. So he is still looking for his people.
Oscar is a very charming boy. He is good in the house and outside too. He is good with other dogs and he is well behaved on the leash.
