He is a typical nice Labrador, but since obviously his previous owners never started any training with him, he is quite bouncy and needs to find a home which gives to him the attention and training he needs. Lulu 5 (P)

Date of birth: July 2010 High to shoulder: 32 cm Vaccinated: yes Neutered: yes Homed: August 2014 Lulu is a very charming, very special little girl. Her coat colour is unique and enchanting. Lulu, along with her dog buddies Tommy and Marley, was abandoned by their previous owners at the gates of the shelter, as they were on their way to the airport to return to their homeland. How awful! She is very unhappy at the shelter and really does not know what has happened to her. Her life has been turned upside down. If you want to pet her, when you put your hand out she will at first move back, but if you keep trying gently she will come to you, she also lies on her back to be scratched once she knows she can trust you.. According to her previous owner, Lulu loves pats, is very happy to walk without a leash and will never stray far from her ‘people’. Likewise, Lulu loves to play with other dogs and loves to run with them to the bed. All in all, Lulu is a rather gentle and restrained girl until she gets to know you. Morgan (F)

Date of birth: April 2014 High to shoulder: 26 cm Vaccinated: yes Neutered: not yet Homed: August 2014 Henry was found together with his brother Morgan. Both were and are still very thin, but were thoroughly checked by a vet and they are healthy. It is not known how long they had been traveling alone. His brother Morgan is very open towards people, but Henry has had probably a bad experience. If you want to take him on the arm, he screams as if it were a matter of life and death. He makes even the first steps in the right direction, but still everything is very new to him. Morgan, however, is just a happy puppy and will infect his brother sooner or later with his joy for life. Morgan is a real little charmer. How big the two will be, we don´t know. Andy 3 (F)

Date of birth: April 2014 High to shoulder: 43 cm Vaccinated: yes Neutered: not yet Homed: August 2014 Andy and Dandy were with their sister Candy at PAWS to give them the chance of a good home. Their previous home was not good and the mum and pups only survived because of the care of some animal loving people Candy was rehomed recently here in Cyprus, and so now her two brothers are waiting for the good luck to find a new home too. According to the people who care Andy, he is a very special dog. Our vet was very impressed by him and said that he shows himself to be a very intelligent and sensitive boy. He relates very well to people looking for their vicinity as well as their views. A particularly moving moment for me was to see him with an old lady who had some mental problems. Andy was very excited, as his caregiver moved back and the elderly lady patted him awkwardly and put her arms around him. He looked her straight in the eye and just stayed quiet. That is very special behaviour from such a young dog. Would you like to make this special little dog your own special boy? It won’t remain small, and will become a strong and big dog, but his character will always make him something special. He will learn and with the necessary training becomes a well-behaved boy. Perhaps he has the potential to become a therapy dog? Who knows at this stage, but everyone thinks he is special so he deserves his own special home.
