A dog lover saw him several days not leaving the area, but also no owner came to pick him up, so she took him to a shelter. Svenja is in her forever home since about two month and has settled in very good. She is still a shy girl, but her family is working on it day by day and they also go to a dog school. Svenja loves her family very much, this includes the family cat. Svenja maybe thinks she is also a cat. She loves to be petted. She also loves to lay on the couch with her family. Name: Lucio (male) Date of birth: October 2013 High to shoulder: 58 cm Vaccinated: yes Neutered: yes ok with female dogs, not tested with cats Admitted to the shelter: April 2015 Lucio was found as a stray at a hotel and was brought to the shelter. Lucio must have before he was found bad experience with people. He didn´t liked the collar and leash. He struggled and wanted to grab, so we think he had made terrible experience with it. He also didn´t like other dogs. He is now a few months at the shelter and it was working with him. He is fantastic to train and he makes great progress. The leash and the collar is no longer a problem and also with females he has no problems. Unfortunately, the time of training in the shelter is very limited for each dog and it would be a dream for Lucio if he would find a dog experienced family who would love him in spite of his problems and work&train more with him. Dogs are often exposed to this dam, because many people are walking there and the people who dispose their dogs there speculate that walkers can take the dogs with them. This doesn´t happen very often, but Barny was lucky and was taken home as a foster dog by an animal lover. Since Barny is still very shy towards people, he will probably have escaped a hunter. Most hunters are not good with their dogs. Barny is good with other dogs, he likes to play with them. Barny will be able to stay with his finder until he find a forever home. They puppies are now 9 weeks old and looks like Henry, so we assume, that Henry is the father of the puppies. Henry was in the beginning very shy, but meanwhile, he gets along well with all dogs in his group and she also likes now us humans.
