Pumpkin (P)

Date of birth: May 2013 High to shoulder: 28 cm Vaccinated: yes Neutered: yes Homed: June 2014   Pumpkin was found at the age of 4 months straying and in poor condition. For some time now she has been living in a foster home and all that she now needs is her own loving, forever home. She is a bit shy, but has a great personality. Pumpkin gets along well with other dogs and cats and rabbits are not alien to her! We are looking a family that will lead her gently into her new life and who will have the patience to help her learn how a young lady should behave. If you already have a dog, Pumpkin would just love her own ‘doggy’ best friend too. Pumpkin is expected to remain a small dog… and even if she grows a bit she will certainly still fit well on every lap she can try! If you are perfect for Pumpkin, please get in touch with us.   Related...

Riley – from a child of sorrow to a lucky fellow

Dear foster family in Cyprus, first I want to thank you that you have provided me so long and so well. After a long and exciting journey 10 days ago I arrived very well in Germany to my new foster family. They were just as excited and looked forward to what comes with me. On arrival at the airport there was a welcome meat sausage and many cuddles, that was great. I´m fell in love with my foster family, already after a very short time. All are incredibly dear to me. My foster parents are very docile, they know exactly where I would like to be petted. My food and the treats are really delicious, I think I’ve gained some weight. I´m very good with the other dogs in the village. There are lots of friends with whom I can romp around. Greetings Your Riley   Update 10 days later… From a child of sorrow to a lucky fellow.   You will not believe what happened to me. My foster family wants necessarily to have me forever. Isn´t that great? I have now a proper home, I finally arrived and feel really comfortable here. I love to have fun with friends and I can even run beside the bike of my parents. There are so many cuddles, it´s really great to have a own family. To my dog friends in Cyprus I would like to say: For each of us there is somewhere a beautiful home. Have patience. Sweetie (F)

Date of birth: October 2013 High to shoulder: 42 cm Vaccinated: yes Neutered: not yet Homed: June 2014   Sweetie was rescued up in the mountains by animal rights volunteers. She was in a very bad state and they were desperately looking for a foster home for her. Sweetie is easygoing with everyone and everything, whether cats, children or other dogs – even a small, annoying puppy coaxed a somewhat bored look from her. The little boy wanted to cuddle Sweetie and he kept trying to get into the pictures! All in all, Sweetie has a happy nature but also loves to sleep! That was the case for the photo session. She always wanted to return to her bed and therefore most of the photos were taken there. Sweetie is temporarily in a foster home, but if not a home is found soon she will have to go to the shelter. She would be a great family dog, is no problem, but also has to learn a lot, as she has probably never lived in a home. Sweetie needs to ‘work’, typical probably of her breeding. She needs brain work as well as physical exercise, whether that be with long walks or dog sports.  You  will definitely find something that would give you and Sweetie  lots of fun. If you want to roam the forests in the future with this little Sweetie, then please contact us.     Related...
