Svenja was found in a pound together with a puppy. Volunteers went there to pick her and the puppy up. As they arrived they found the really fearful Svenja together with a newborn and a second puppy. They picked all up and went to a vet.

A X-ray shows, that in her body are many small pellets! Someone must have shot at her. We guess, that these incident was causal for the too early birth. Unfortunately, the puppies were not survivable.

Svenja is now a few weeks at the shelter, she is now vaccinated and neutered. She has made great progress, understood very well with the other dogs in her kennel, play with them and is cheerful. She is still shy to us, but we can go in contact with her and she allows us to cuddle her. Every week she got more and more confidence.

Svenja has already found a foster home in Germany, where she can move to soon. So she can only be adopted in Germany.
