He likes to explore his environment and discover what the world has to offer. He is a very gently, friendly, happy boy who really enjoys a fuss. He came to the shelter in October after he was found roaming close by. We think he may have escaped from somewhere as he was covered in paint on his back – maybe he squeezed under a fence? Peter gets along fine with other dogs but has not yet been tested with cats or introduced to children, but there is no reason to suspect either would be a problem for him. He is a very friendly dog, but still shy with people. We don’t know what happened to him before, but his experience with people couldn’t have been to positive in the past. It was obvious that she has had puppies, but these were not found. And to the astonishment of the shelter workers she was chipped and her owner was called. The puppies were with the owner and she wanted to pick up Nelly, but told she had too many dogs. Despite repeated calls Nelly was never picked up from the shelter. Nelly is a very friendly dog, she has no fears and loves the attention from us humans. Nelly is also very good with other dogs. Nelly would like to live with a family again, with loving people. Odi and his siblings were just a few days old. Fortunately, for all doggies could be found a place in a shelter, because the puppies had died in the pound. All 4 boys are normal puppies. They are not scared of humans and they are typical playful puppies. They look like a mix breed with a pug or a bulldog, as they all have the typical wrinkly faces, especially Odi, Ole and Bolle.
