They gave her to the grandmother of the family, but she also didn’t want to have Rosa and threw her over the fence into a neighbour’s garden. At least the neighbours took her to a shelter. She is a very friendly older dog (about 8). She loves people and is still an active little girl. She is good with other dogs and children. Rosa is now looking for the loving family she deserves, who will really love her and will never give her away again. Could that be you? Related...

Read MoreDate of birth: January 2011 High to shoulder: 39 cm Vaccinated: yes Neutered: yes Homed: January 2014 Katy was found as a stray and was very scared. In fact, it was a miracle that she was ever caught! Now that she has been at the shelter a while and has settled somewhat, we are seeing more of her character but she is a quiet little girl, always in the background and looking for a little peace. When I entered the kennel, she came happily with her pack and wanted to be petted, but she was very cautious in her approach. Separated from the pack, she is very insecure and it took some time before I was able to convince her that I do not want to hurt her and also the camera is quite safe! Happily, after some time, she enjoyed the cuddles. Katy is a dog who will need a lot of time, patience, love and empathy. She is your typically anxious dog, very careful with anything new. She needs firstly to learn that the world is not always a bad place and that there are people who only want to help her. If you feel to want to give her the time and love she needs we are sure that Katy will be a perfect family dog. She needs a calm environment, with people who will devote a lot of time to her, so a quiet, calm environment is needed. Of course it is possible that, once in a settled home, Katy will discover the pleasures of family life, and the right care and the right training will bring out a lively and maybe even playful personality. Why not contact us to make arrangements to go along and see this lovely little lady. Related...
Read MoreDate of birth: April2013 High to shoulder: 52 cm Vaccinated: yes Neutered: not yet Homed: December 2013 Jessie was rescued from the road by a kind family. Like many other families here in Cyprus, they have several dogs. Jessie has integrated very well into the pack of dogs, but it is just one dog too many for the family to cope with, and regretfully they need to find a good family for her. She is about six months old and gets along well with other dogs, cats and children. In general, she is very open and friendly towards everyone. She loves to cuddle as well as play and run around with other dogs. In some situations, Jessie is still cautious. She still needs to learn a lot, but that will quickly come with the appropriate training and understanding. Jessie does not particularly like being in a car, but she can learn to overcome that if you gradually get her used to it. Jessie will grow a little more yet, we estimate that she will probably achieve a shoulder height of about 50 cm, all in all she is a delicate little dog. She walks well on a leash and understands a few commands. Would you like to have fun with Jessie; go for walks, visit the dog training school? Then please do not hesitate to contact us. Related...
