Our Pointer girl Noodles is back in the shelter. She is still not in that state she was before the snake bite, but she is doing very good. Her skin is still a bit flabby, but with more time it will regress. Her best buddy Caesar noticed, that Noodles is not back to her level yet and was more calm and quiet than usually. He is a very wise boy. We really hope that this was the last snake surprise this year in the shelters. We don´t need it more often. Related...

Bella is safely arrived in her foster home in Germany in the near of Bielefeld. She settled in there very nicely. Her foster home describes her as a lovely and affectionate girl, who was immediately house-trained. Bella can already be alone in the house for some hours and is really fast used to the everyday noises in the household. Bella is very good on the leash and likes her walks in the woods. On the road she is still a bit scared, especially of bicycles and motorcycles, but it will be better day by day and inside of cars she is very calm. Bella would like to be a single dog in a household, she don´t need other dogs around her. She loves humans and that is all she needs and wants. Children should be a bit older. In January this year were born special Cyprus paws. Their names are: Leander, Lia, Leon, Liesl, Lacey, Leela and Lex. After they was born they were unwanted and were put down in front of a vet as a package in a box. They had luck and could find together a space in a shelter. Leander didn´t need to leave the island, he has found his forever home Cyprus, where he is settled in very nicely. He is a happy boy. The other six siblings are now living with their families in Germany. One lovely volunteer from Germany adopted one of the puppies and is in contact with the other owners. All families are very happy that these beautiful dogs came into their lives. Last week for Lia, Leon and Liesl was organized a first reunion since they are in Germany. Of course, the owners were more excited before than the dogs, at the end everyone enjoyed it and had much fun. After 3 hours run, play, and romp it was time to go home and take a nap. Unfortunately Lacey, Leela and Lex couldn´t be there because they live too far away from the others. Lacey lives with her owner and cats in Bavaria and settled in very nicely, like her siblings. She is doing fantastic. Leela and Lex could find together a forever home. They are still best friends and have always a partner to play on their side. All siblings are similar in their behavior. It is very interesting to notice that. The owners of the 6 now german siblings would like to reunion all dogs in completeness.
