Fortunately both could find a place in a shelter and they are now safe together in one kennel. They do not feel very comfortable there, they always stand at the door and try to attract attention. Both are very lively. They love to play and are totally cuddly. They like strokes and want to be always with humans. Lumi is a very lively and very friendly girl. She enjoys to run free of the shelter area. She is a good girl and is not afraid of humans and other dogs. First the residents tool them home to bring them to the vet and to find the owner, but unfortunately unsuccessful. Nobody knew who they belonged to. They were chipped and vaccinated and after two weeks they were brought to a shelter. Both are very nice puppies which show no behavioral problems. They are cuddly and want to be with their humans. He landet in a shelter over a year ago and since then he is waiting for a second chance. Benjo is a happy little chap and although good with over dogs, he isn’t keen on large ones. He is a Spitz cross and is such a little character. He loves the attention of people, cuddle or play with them. Benjo is a more quite dog, so he would prefer a quite home where he can sit with his people on the sofa and to get strokes. He could move to elderly people which have time for him. She walked in a residential area on an open space. Local residents have captured her and brought her to the shelter. It is to be assumed that she was disposed by a hunter, since she was now too old for hunting. You can see that she has had several times puppies. Bruni is initially reserved to us humans. We are sure, that she will build more confidence with some time. In the shelter she is more a quiet dog, she is well with all other dogs. Name: Emanuel (male) Date of birth: November 2016 Height to shoulder: currently 42 cm Vaccinated: yes Neutered: no ok with dogs, not tested with cats Homed: April 2017 Emanuel and his sister landed in a pound in Nicosia. We don´t know how and why they were there. Volunteers have tried to find a home for both and found for both families in England. Unfortunately the new family of Emanuel canceled the adoption in the last second. So he had to stay alone in the pound. Fortunately he was able to change to a shelter and can be together with other puppies in his age in his kennel, so he is no longer alone. Emanuel is still very shy and timid. He desperately needs a loving home that he can overcome his fears. Despite of his shyness he has a very lovely character and it seems he has the nice nature of a Retriever.
