Poor Lea is still looking for a sponsor

Lea is born approx in October 2013 and her high to shoulder is 46cm. She was thrown over the fence of a shelter. She was very thin, anxiously and she hobbled. The investigation at the vet found that her leg was broken. Lea was immediately operated, in the hope to heal the leg. But unfortunately it´s a very old fracture and that is not easy to fix. The opportunities for Lea to find a forever home are bad and because of their chances to find a home, we would like to find a sponsor for Lea. Someone who opens his heart, supports her and thinks of her. For 10 euros a month you can become a sponsor of Lea. You are doing a contribute for her food and medical care and supports therefore her future at the shelter. Please help us, to help Lea. Saturday 22nd February – Sausage Supper in aid of CyDRA and CYPNS

Three members of the committee headed off to Limassol for Lesley’s fundraising Sausage Supper evening.  Two members got somewhat lost on the way, but eventually arrived at the right place at the right time! There were nearly 60 people present to show their support and we all enjoyed a very pleasant evening.  The sausage supper was very well enjoyed by all  and the dessert of jelly and ice cream was an additional treat. After supper we adjourned to the music room where we were entertained by Shades of Grey and at the break there was also a music quiz.  We are still trying to work out how the winning team scored 2 points more than were available in total!? It was probably the quickest quiz ever as there was barely time to write down all the answers, but we were pleased we knew so many. During the break the raffle was held with many lovely prizes, and some of us went away very happy! CyDRA are very grateful to Lesley for arranging and hosting yet another thoroughly enjoyable and successful event, and the donation to CyDRA of 335 euros.  We look forward to the Quiz on May 6th and the other events Lesley has planned.  Details will follow so keep your eye out and come along and join us.     Related...
