Date of birth: January 2012 High to shoulder: 32cm Vaccinated: yes neutered: not yet Homed: March 2014 Little Peggy was found by an English couple on the main road. For three days she wandered around there, and almost got run over buy a car and then her rescuers managed to get her. She is a miniature Pincher, about 2 years old and is vaccinated. Peggy is in the PAWS animal shelter and has settled to some extent there. But she obviously comes from a home with children as she understands them and is good with them, and she loves adults too. She is even good with cats. We know this because her rescuers have kept her in their home for a few days until the holidays were over. They have also told us that the little girl is house-trained. We want a good home for little Peggy. She is a very sweet and not really typical Pinscher Dog. Unfortunately, her tail was extremely short cropped and one ear is not perfect, but that does not detract from her charm. The little girl is lively and playful and loves to cuddle and be petted. She would be an ideal family dog, or equally would certainly enjoy living with an agile and athletic individual. Tomorrow on Friday 21th March 2014 the following dogs fly off to Hamburg to their new homes: Aaron, Marco and Luca. All three dogs have found a foster home in Germany. We hope Aaron, Marco and Luca will find quickly a home in Germany. We are especially pleased for Aaron, who had to wait nearly four years at the shelter for his chance. Aaron is a great boy who has no chance of adoption in Cyprus. Many many thanks to the foster home who takes Aaron under her care. Our Heike from Germany will accompany this flight, as flight sponsor. She will also foster our beautiful Marco. He finally gets his chance at a better life. For us inconceivable that he hasn´t been adopted yet. Thank you very much Heike! Even Luca will make someone very happy in Germany. He’s a great dog and everything about him is just adorable. We thank the people who take him under care. She is a nice young terrier girl, but still very nervous about people. Seems that she didn’t get treated good by humans until she was found. She is young and if she finds a family which loves her and helping her to get trust back into human beings, she’ll be thankful to you for the rest of her life. Bailey and his brothers could be rescued out of horrible circumstances they had to live in. When they came to the shelter, they were very skinny and in bad condition. Now four weeks later, they all recovered and they are healthy and vaccinated. Bailey is a strong boy, very active and playful. He is looking for a loving active family. Unfortunately they had to return to their home country and could not afford to take her with them. She is a friendly little girl, house trained and not to excitable. She is unhappy in the shelter because she is used to being in a proper home.
