They could happily stay with a foster home and was nursed and reared there. Unfortunately, both now had to pull to a shelter because they had to leave the foster home. We wish Benji quickly a nice home where he can stay forever. Benji is a cute little puppy boy, which is typical playful and active. He loves cuddles and people’s attention. Date of birth: June 2013 High to shoulder: 39 cm Vaccinated: yes Neutered: yes Homed: October 2014 Timmy was spotted over several weeks in Limassol and animal lovers tried to gain his trust. It wasn’t easy but they succeeded.. He was totally unkempt, with his long coat dishevelled, and so the first thing was a new hairstyle! Now Timmy looks beautiful. His fur is silky and long and with proper care, much like the coat of a Yorkshire terrier. What a handsome fellow. Timmy is wary of strangers and still needs some time before he gains full confidence, but he is making progress. He loves to be petted. Unfortunately, Timmy is a bit of an escape artist, so he needs a home with a secure garden, because he loves to set off alone on field trips!! From time to time he has strayed but we think once he has his own proper home he will settle down and never want to leave.. In his foster Timmy became very stressed because as there were too many other dogs there. He does not get along with other male dogs and which gives him even more stress but he gets along fine with the girls! Currently Timmy lives in the PAWS Shelter because the foster home with lots of dogs was just too stressful for him. At the shelter he lives with 4 female dogs and has no problems at all with that situation. Also he is gainingmore and more confidenc with the helpers there and is more willing to interact with them. His ideal home would be as a single dog or with a small female dog friend. We want Timmy to go with people with experience of dogs who can consolidate his development to date and pave the way for him to live comfortably in a family. Timmy has a lot of love to give and will be a very great family dog. Since he lived a long time ‘on the road’ we do not know what experience he has with children, so we prefer families without young children but maybe with older children. Date of birth: February 2014 High to shoulder: 47 cm Vaccinated: yes Neutered: not yet Homed: October 2014 Lulu was abandoned in the hills outside of Limassol. She was dehydrated, covered in ticks and abscess, suffering from severe malnutrition and extremely timid. After a couple of weeks of good food, vet visits and care her condition has improved and she has turned out to be lovely natured dog that would make a great family pet. She is good with children. Lulu is approximately 8 months old and has now been wormed, vaccinated and micro chipped. She enjoys long walks and is ready to be adopted and become a loving and loyal family pet. Related...

He must have had a home before as he is very attached to people and very unhappy in the shelter. He is a very cuddly little dog, he is good with other female dogs, but doesn’t like male dogs to much. … When she was seriously injured, someone found and helped her. But now she needs a bit more luck to find a forever home where will be loved unconditionally. Mini was found after she dragged herself to the door of a lawyer. It was late August and the lawyer lives in a small village near Limassol. Mini had really great luck that her saviour came home and found her completely exhausted there. He noticed right away that something was wrong with her . He looked at her and he immediately saw that her left hind leg was badly injured and he took her straight away to a vet. It looked like Mini was hit by a car and just left there on the street. We can not imagine what pain she must have been suffering. The vet quickly realized that her little leg was beyond saving. The only way to take her pain away was to amputate the leg. The surgery is now behind her and she has already recovered. Mini is currently living at the vets house because her rescuer works full time and could not take care of the little girl. Meanwhile, she has recovered so well that we were able to vaccinate her already. Mini is fine with her new situation and her disability doesn’t bother her. She is a cheerful little mouse that flits through the garden and plays. She is a normal, playful, puppy girl who also enjoys cuddles and the attention of people.
