Neither party is willing to take him, so he finds himself in a foster home, waiting hopefully to find his new family. Sparky is a friendly, happy, easy going sort of chap who is used to family life. He is house trained and fine with children and other dogs. He does bark at cats so we are not sure if he would get on with them in close proximity!
