How Marcus could endure this life so many years, we do not know. Marcus is now about 10 years old and was used for breeding and hunting, now he is old and is no longer needed. His teeth are partially scuffed up on the palate. He has gnaws the wooden hut which was located in the kennel. He had boredom. Also we note, that he went blind slowly. Marcus live now without problems in a group of dogs at the shelter. He really enjoys now to have outlet and regular attention from the shelter helpers. Marcus is looking for a charity place where he can spend his last years in the circle of a family. He should be able to experience what it means to be loved and cared for. They got food and water, but that was the only variety in their lives. Both dogs found a place in a shelter. Here they have more room to run and people around them. Thirsty and his buddy were distraught when they came to the shelter. They were scared of humans but also very restless and full of energy that they wanted to let out. Also they had no education in dog training. Meanwhile, they are almost completed fears free and they are no longer restless, but they miss a little dog training.
