Abby – is very happy in her new home

Hello people,

here is Abby and today I have time to write about my time in Germany.

Now I live nine weeks with very lovely people in Lembeck. They have helped me very much to go my way with my anxiety.

But from the beginning:
After I landed on 18th April 2014 in Hamburg, I was received by the reception committee Zypernhunde with a meat sausage from my box. Fantastically what there is to eat here in Germany.

Puhhh… I have eaten a lot! I was excited to see what awaits me and suddenly it got warm around my heart, as they stood there: my new family pack. Then I went to a cafe, for the first time I walked into such a building, but fear overtook me quickly. Where I am? And all the smells…

After I was able to calm down a bit we went to my new home. The ride was cozy and warm on the arm of my new heart lady.

340 km later my dreams came true.  So warm and cozy in my new home. After a short walk through the house and the garden I had found my relaxing position. An exciting day came to an end and I snuggled into my new dog bed.

In the night it happened a terrible mishap, but my pack was relaxed and I have made up my mind that something like that doesn´t happen again. I have kept my promise and I am proud of myself.

Most of all, however, I run through the tall grass and sniff the fresh country air. Now we go to a obedience school and it´s great fun.

I hope  many dogs more from Cyprus can be saved so that they also get such a beautiful life as I have.
